Physical Therapy
Accepting new patients
“I'm always aware of how every patient is unique. So, despite often common presentations, interventions should be refined to the individual.”
Language(s) - English
Robert Csintalan has many years of experience as a Physical Therapist. He has spent most of his time in outpatient clinics and acute care orthopedics in Australia, Canada, and the United States. He also has a strong Manual Therapy background and enjoys treating back problems. His acute care years allowed him to work closely with orthopedic surgeons and better understand intervention requirements where patients are at their most dependent.
“My patients mean much more to me than a diagnostic code, and I believe as true health professionals, we enter a partnership with our patients.” Mr. Csintalan believes that building trust with his patients should be the foundation of this partnership and knows that trust requires confidence in his knowledgebase and skillset.
Mr. Csintalan enjoys the relatively long and frequent appointment times in Physical Therapy compared to other healthcare specialties. “We use this time to listen to, get to know, and better comprehend our patients’ needs while under our care.”
He and his wife have three children at college, a daughter pursuing medicine, a son studying advanced physics in Australia, and a son transferring to OSU.
