To Our Community,
We wanted to take the time to acknowledge and support the current movement to end all acts of racism, inequity, and social injustice in our country. There is no place for racism and the senseless acts of violence that come with it.
We are committed to inclusion and equality for all patients and employees at The Corvallis Clinic. We have a duty to ensure all individuals in our community can thrive, and we stand together in solidarity with Black Lives Matter, colleagues, patients, and community members that are taking actions to end racism.
What can you do to show support?
Be present, provide acknowledgment and support for your associates, family, and friends who have been and may continue to be targets of racism. Educate yourself and take time to actively listen and absorb their stories and messages.
What are we doing as a company?
It’s one thing to acknowledge the problem and support the movements fighting racism, but TCC is doing more. We have set out to develop a Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, we are also expanding our job boards and recruitment platforms to reach a more diverse community.
Beyond making a statement, we are making a commitment to hold ourselves accountable and maintain these values as a company.
